Following a natural disaster such as a fire, flood, earthquake or hurricane, the first step is to assure the safety of building occupants. Then you’ll want to focus on your business continuity plan. ISES will prepare an immediate and comprehensive damage assessment of your facilities, complete with documentation, photos and replacement estimates. This modified Facility Condition Assessment includes inspecting the building’s exterior and interior systems, utilities and immediate facility site. Our team members will also evaluate and report on apparent health conditions and hazards caused by the disaster. We will coordinate with local authorities on the scene and are prepared to meet with FEMA and other governmental organizations to share our findings.

Our hardcopy report (or pdf delivered electronically) will summarize our findings. ISES current clients will also have the information added to update their existing Asset Management System (AMS) database (nonrecurring costs).
