Marist School

In 2005, ISES Corporation conducted facility condition assessments on eight buildings at Marist, an independent private Roman Catholic college preparatory school just north of Atlanta. This coeducational day school, founded in 1901 serves students in grades 7 through 12.

We returned to the campus in 2013 to inspect two additional facilities: the Rectory (built in 1962) and the Aquatic Center (constructed in 2000). After walking each facility and taking careful notes, our architectural and engineering inspectors uploaded repair and replacement recommendations into the ISES Asset Management System, enabling our staff, as well as Marist facility managers, to generate Crystal Reports by classification, by priority and by system code. A 50-year priority list of expenditures, average annual renewal cost per square foot and a facility condition needs index (FCNI) were also calculated and delivered to the client. Such robust data enables ISES clients to develop data-based capital plans and improve their funding projections.
