ISES was contracted by Black Hawk College in Moline, Illinois to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment for its entire facility portfolio. The scope of work covered two main campuses and two remote sites. The survey process encompassed 22 buildings enclosing 570,000 GSF and also included the campus roads and grounds. In addition to the FCA, ISES was also tasked with developing a comprehensive inventory of maintainable equipment for the College to utilize as the foundation of an improved preventive maintenance program.

The survey was completed during the Summer of 2011, and all report documents, including a campuswide Executive Summary report, were delivered at the beginning of November of the same year.

The ISES staff worked closely with the facilities professionals at Black Hawk College to deliver a detailed study that documents the College’s long-term facility renewal needs, with a prioritized plan of action for addressing them.
