ISES Corporation, founded in 1987, can trace its service roots back to 1980. At that time, the ISES founder, Edward Gee, was instrumental in the successful completion of the first comprehensive assessment of facilities conditions conducted on a nationwide scale by a major entity. That project was a survey of historical properties at more than 50 National Parks across the country. This project also saw the development of the first computerized facilities condition database, a DOS-based system called "BIPS".

Following the completion of this project, Ed recognized a need for providers of condition assessment services on a grand scale, thus leading to the eventual founding of ISES Corporation. Since our founding, we have led the industry in developing this niche service into a comprehensive tool provided to many of the larger landlords across the nation. While still growing at a constant rate, our current bank of experience at ISES includes the inspection of over one billion gross square feet.

Our steady growth as a professional services firm has seen us develop a wide variety of additional services, all targeted within the facilities management and operations arena, which serve to supplement our core FCA service base.
